Help: Purchasing Products
Gather products for purchase by clicking "Add to cart". You are never obligated to purchase anything in your shopping cart. You will not be charged until you go through the checkout process and click "Charge Credit Card".

Using the shopping cart
Add products to your cart by clicking "Add to cart". Your cart page will appear, showing the items you have added. To continue shopping use your browser's back button or use the continue shopping button.

Removing products from your shopping cart
To remove a product from your cart, click "Remove" link beside the product. Your cart page will reload with the item removed.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, click "Checkout" on any page. This will connect you to our secure server. You will be prompted to enter your billing address, telephone number, email address, delivery location and your delivery address if different to your billing address. An accurate e-mail address is extremely important. We use your e-mail address to send you a receipt of the transaction after it has been completed.

Postage & packaging(Shipping cost)
After entering the above details you will be shown your shopping cart with postage and packaging added.

Payment Information
Next you will be asked to give your credit card information.
When entering your credit card number, be sure that you use numerals. Do not enter the credit card number using spaces, dashes or other non-numeric characters. The credit card number should be a continuos string of numbers. As well, be sure that you enter both the month and year for the credit card expire date into the appropriate fields on the form.

Is it safe to use your credit card on the Internet?
It is probably safer to use your credit card over the Internet than it is to use it in a restaurant, retail store or with a mail order company. On the Internet, no one is peeking over your shoulder and with electronic transactions, there is no paper trail.

Before you are asked to enter personal details you will be transferred to our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us and ensures that hackers do not detect your personal or credit card details.

How do I know that my credit card number is safe?
If you are using Netscape Navigator version 2.0 and later or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.0 and later, your credit card transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you purchase products through this site.

You can tell if your web browsing session is secure when the key or lock icon in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window changes from a broken grey or unlocked locked icon to a complete blue or locked lock icon.

Help: Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item please contact us first within seven working days of receipt - either in writing, by fax or e-mail - in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If an item is to be returned the costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer except in an instance of having received damaged or faulty goods. A full refund will be given within thirty days of receipt of the returned item(s).

All goods that are to be returned must be packed and protected to ensure that no damage is incurred whilst in transit with the postal authorities so that they are received back in our warehouse in mint, resaleable condition. We cannot accept receipt of items that are damaged in the post due to inadequate packaging and protective measures. We therefore suggest that it would be advisable to contact us by phone or email in order that we might give advice on how to pack & protect the item being returned.

Videos & DVDs (except for those with a playing fault) will only be accepted back if the original internal packaging seal remains unbroken.
